Upon talking with my Aunt, who is an Education history teacher/the head of education at the Missouri Southern University, she told me that the best advice she could give someone my age was to read about other countries and to expand my knowledge about their hardships. She recommended quite a few titles but my favorite was, "A Long Way Gone".
