I believe that the multitude of continental drifts, and movements shaped Canada into what it is today. As known, this movement is what separated it from Pangea, and what made it into a standalone area. But more recent disturbances have also birthed towering mountain ranges, including the wondrous Canadian Rockies!

I believe that the Plate Tectonics and Continental Drift shaped Canada because without these occurrences, Canada would not exist. For instance, if Continental Drift and the shifting of the Plate Tectonics did not happen, Canada would have never separated from Pangea and would still be a landform attached to it. Canada's culture, identity, and various traditions would not exist, and we would not be the same country that we are today.

Without the specific movement of the Tectonic plates and Continental Drift, Canada would not be its own country. It would have a completely different identity. All of the things that make Canada what it is now would be different. For example, plate tectonics affected what mineral and oil deposits can be found in Canada, the formation of mountain ranges and landform regions, and the location of water bodies. These features would all be different if the Tectonic Plates had not moved or moved in a different way.

If not for plate tectonics Canada would not be the country it is now. So much of our culture, our people, and our history has been shaped by the nature of our land. Without the continental drift and plate tectonics we would not have the rocky mountains in the west and the Appalachian region in the east. The Great lakes would not have been formed from glaciers, making a large part of Ontario difficult to live in. the Shape of our country on the plate it is now could have been smaller, making travel easier, but instead it forced us to put in the work to innovate with our methods of transportation. If continental drift had not shaped our land, our land would never have shaped us.
