I also really appreciate your initiative. You’re so proactive, always looking for ways to improve things without being asked. It was genuinely great to watch your growth throughout your internship. And of course, I’m still amazed at how you managed to remember all the participants by heart!

You have shown a really great learning curve. I really appreciate how you're always showing up the best way you can, even when I know you were so tired. Also your memorizing capability is borderline scary?? lol jk!

By the end of your journey, I feel like you learnt so much about being creative in your work, taking initiatives, and giving good qualities. Please keep up these competencies -- I believe you'll be a great Analyst in the future.
