* On first day of internship, i got evening shift. On duty together with me are Ain and Filza.

4.00 PM - 12.00 AM
 - Learn to checks patient's blood pressure.
 - Record patient information such as blood pressure, body temperature and pulse rate.
- Key in patient's data
- Feed the patients
- Helping the patients that need help

- On third day in ward , i have learned a lot and still adapting to the environment here. 

6.30 PM- 6.45 PM

- The start of patients meal and we will feed them. We also will rotate to feed them both male and female patients. 

8.00 PM - 8.30 PM
- Check-up patients bp
- record patients information such as bp, body temperature, pulse, etc.

9.00 PM - 9.30 PM
- key in patients data

- Today is SUNDAY and we all quite busy with customers who came to get a services here.This day, Ain, Filza and me in charge at front counter again. This is the third day and tomorrow i will on duty at ward. Yeayyyyy !!! 
- Today, there are many customers coming in directly and making a reservation by phone. Its a big hectic day actually, thats all i can say. Futhermore, customers who come here for treatment come from all over the country. eg, Kelantan, Perak, Johor and other states.
- Although it seems a bit foggy but we can control it with the help of Mr.Hasbee and Ms. Tia. Thank you ! 😊
- The existence of such a situation teaches us a lot of patience. When on duty at front counters, we will meet with various human beings. So, here we learn to control ourselves from anger, we learn to control ourselves from talking abusively to customers. 
- Today also is a little tiring day for us. But we assume this is part of our challenge to face the real world of work.

- Time fly so fast, today has entered our eighth day of practical training in PPQL. Today I am on duty in the evening with Asma. 

- The first task when working in the evening at ward is to record the names of nurses that massage the patients. Usually they start at 3.45 PM and end up 30 minutes later. The massages made is reflexology and a whole body massage.

- After that, we will also help the nurse to change patients' pampers. Today, we on duty with nurse, Ms.Norli. Ms. Norli has taught us a lot, for example how to clean the patient properly when the patient PU and BO. 

- At 6.30 pm, the patient will be provided dinner. Then, we will feed them that who has no abilities to eat by themselves. Today, I feed Aunty Zawainal. 

- Before 8.00 PM, Asma and me will check bp, spo2, temperature and pulse all the patients.

-Hello and good evening. Today has entered our ninth day of practical training in PPQL. Today I work in a ward with Asma from 4.00 PM to 8.00 PM and we're on the job as usual . 

-About 6.30 PM, the patients will be provided with dinner. Today, I have a chance to feed Aunty Zaharah.

- Besides, our job is to help nurses change the pampers of all patients. Today, the nurse on duty is Miss Norli. I will help her when the patient needs to change their pampers. 

- In addition, I also have learn new things which is learns how to check blood sugar. Asma has taught me to how to use the tool.
- On 8.00 PM, Asma and me in charge at front counter again. We change with Adda and Nabila because we have to work in turn at the front counter and in the ward.
- The job at the counter as usual. We will record patient information either new or registered.
- Next job is answer the phone from the customers who want to get treatment here. 

- Hello . Today is my first day in charge at ward in the morning. Before this, only in the evening shift with Ain and Filza. Today, i'm on duty with Asma. :) 

- Usually, in the morning is quite busy because ustaz will come at ward to visit every patient and the nurse will give patient health report to ustaz.

- After that, at 8.30 am and above, the patient will be massage by the nurses(perawat). Our job is to record all the names of the nurses on duty and the types of massage. Usually the type of massage used is reflexology and the whole body massage.

- After massage, the patients will undergo a natural therapy(terapi alami) in which they will be taken out of the ward. they will be allowed to breathe fresh air and recovery therapy for those who cannot walk for every morning. 

- Today, i also had the opportunity to see the nurse doing the leech cupping to the patient, Abu Jamal. 3 leeches are placed on the body Abu Jamal. Two leeches at the leg and one at thighs.

- Assalamualaikum and hi ... :) Today, im on duty at the ward with Asma and Miss Norli. 

- First thing to do is record the name of nurses that on duty to massage the patients , either female and male. Beside record the name of nurses, we also must record the time started and the types of massage used.

- At 9.45 AM, ustaz comes at the ward and starts to check all the patients. After that, the staff nurse,Miss Norli gave the health report all the patients to ustaz. After ustaz's visit, there are some patients will be brought to undergo natural therapy outside the ward and the nurses will help them run the therapy.

- Besides, my job is to help Miss Norli changes the pampers of each patient. There are various modes that we have to go through during the process of changing their pampers. 

- Around 2.00 PM, Asma and me start to check their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, respiratory and SPO2.

- Hi .. Fuhfuh 😌.. Believe or not, today, Asma and me on night shift! hihi .. But thankfully, everythings went well. :)

- Tonight, Aunty Salbiah and Aunty Surayah not too whine. All the patients can sleep very well but only Aunty Zawainal do not sleep all night. 

- At 5.00 AM, the patients will be awakened from sleep and bathed. When the patient is bathed by the nurse, we will change the bed sheets and pillowcases of all patients. Every day, their sheets are changed for comfort and safety. 

- After that, at 6.00 AM, me and Asma will check their blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiratory, and SPO2. Their health so far is good and everythings are under our control. 

- At 7.00 AM, they are provided breakfast. Today, they eat 'kue tiaw goreng' made by Miss Watie, who served as a food provider here. All the food cooked by Watie is delicious. Hihi .. 😋 

- Everyday, ustaz will come at ward and check the patients. Today, he comes a little early, about 8.30 AM. The staff nurse, Madam Nurul will give a health report to ustaz and when Madam Nurul told reports, we were with them and ustaz would also ask us how the patient condition at night.

- After that, at 9:00 AM ,one of the patient, Aunty Eshah began to make her physiological therapy. Aunty Eshah makes hand and foot therapy. Here, Aunty Eshah the only patient who can walk even slowly. 

- At 9.15 AM, ustaz comes and the staff nurse, Madam Iqa tells health report all of the patients to ustaz. After ustaz's visit, Aunty Surayah and Aunty Salbiah told by ustaz to be cupping today. The nurses in charge to do cupping are Mrs. Yunie and Mrs. Sarah.

- After completion of massage, male patients will be taken out of the ward to undergo natural therapies assisted by nurses. The natural therapy takes half an hour to run.

- At 12.30 PM, is the time for them to eat lunch. Today, i have the opportunity to feed Uncle Hamdan. After that, around 1.00 PM, Adda and me start to check their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2. 

- Our other task is to help nurses change patient pampers.

- At 12.30 PM, the patient will be provided lunch and today I have feeds Aunty Zawainal.

- Then, around 2.00 PM, Aiman and me start to check their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2. After done all of that, we must key in their data in the computer. 

- Apart from those job that state above, our other job is to help nurses change the patient's pampers, whether male or female patients.

- My job is like usually. When on duty at evening shift, the first thing to do is to record the names of nurses on duty to massage the patients. We will record the name of nurses, timing and type of massage they do.

- After that, at 9:00 AM ,one of the patient, Aunty Eshah began to make her fisiotherapy. Aunty Eshah makes hand and leg therapy and natural therapy(terapi alami ).Then, at 9.25 AM, Uncle Ammirul, Alias, Che Johari, Hamdan was taken out of the ward to make natural therapy assisted by Fendi and Mat.

- At 12.30 PM, is the time for them to get lunch. Today, i have the opportunity to feed Aunty Zaharah. After lunch, around 1.00 PM, Dini and me start to check their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2. 

- Our other task is to help nurse change patient pampers and feeding the patients.

- At 12.30 PM, is the time for them to get lunch. Today, i have the opportunity to feed Uncle Hamdan. After that, around 1.00 PM, Filza and me start to check their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2. 

- Our other tasks are to help the nurse changes patient pampers and feeding the patients and help the patients that need our help.

- Today, I'm on duty at front counter with Adda and Nabila. Our job is as usual. When there are customers coming to meet ustaz, we will check their blood pressure first. After that, we will bring them into the ustaz room and I will record what the ustaz has said about the patient's illness and the treatment they need to take whether it is cupping or massage. Then, I will bring the patient to the treatment room and the nurse is ready to make the treatment. 

- Our next task is to answer phone calls from customers who want to booking treatments and make appoinment to meet ustaz. If the customers ask for the questions, we must give explanation to them and if we do not know how to answer it, we must pass to Mr. Fahmi, Mr.Hasbee or Miss Tia.

- Every morning, we must check FB newsfeed and report to ustaz whats the important things that he need to know about his business.

- At 2.00 PM, Adda and me were taken to Section 15, Bangi by Mr. Hasbee to served therea

- After that, around 8.30 AM, ustaz comes to visit the patients and checks on them. Sometimes, ustaz will give spirit and motivation for them to return to normal and healthy as before. Beside that, the nurse will give health report to ustaz all of the patients.

- At 9.30 AM, after get massage, the patient will be taken out of the ward to get natural therapies that assisted by nurses and us. Natural therapy is carried out for only half an hour.

- At 12.30 PM, the patient will be provided lunch and today I have feeds Uncle Ammirul.

- Then, around 2.00 PM, Nuril and me start to check their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2. After done all of that, we must key in their data in the computer. 

- Apart from those job that state above, our other job is to help nurses change the patient's pampers, whether male or female patients. 

- My job is like usually. When on duty at evening shift, the first thing to do is to record the names of nurses on duty to massage the patients. We will record the name of nurses, timing and type of massage they do.

- At 8.30 AM, ustaz comes and the medical assistant, Miss Mimi tells health report all of the patients to ustaz. Each of the patient will be checking by ustaz for everyday. 

- After completion of massage, male and female patients will be taken out of the ward to undergo natural therapies assisted by nurses and us. The natural therapy(terapi alami) takes half hour to run.

- At 12.30 PM, is the time for them to get lunch. Today, i have the opportunity to feed Uncle Ammirul. After that, around 1.00 PM, Noreen and me start to check their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2. 

- Our other tasks are to help the nurse changes patient pampers and feeding the patients and help the patients that need our help for example, whose that need go to toilet, we must hold them to the toilet.

- She gives us explanation about the product and herbs that they have at QLMC. For example, Cekur and Halia Bara.

- Then, around 2.00 PM, i started checking their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2. After done all of that, i have to key in their data in the computer and i'm helped by Madam Norli. Thanks sister 😘

- Next, our other tasks are to help the nurse changes patient pampers and feeding the patients and help the patient, for example whose that need go to the toilet, we must help them. This is because to avoid injury to the patients like falls in the toilet. Thats a very dangerous situation and we must be careful always.

- After that, around 8.30 AM, ustaz comes to visit the patients and checks on them. Sometimes, ustaz will give spirit and motivation for them to return to normal and healthy as before. Beside that, the nurse will give health report to ustaz all of the patients.

- Around 10.00 AM, after completion of massage, male and female patients will be taken out of the ward to undergo natural therapies assisted by nurses and us. The natural therapy(terapi alami) takes half hour to run. After that, they will be brought in and get a rest before take a lunch. 

- At 12.30 PM, the patient will be provided lunch and today I have feeds Aunty Zaharah.

- Then, around 2.00 PM, Asma and me started checking their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2. After done all of that, i have to key in their data in the computer.

- Apart from those job that state above, our other job is to help nurses change the patient's pampers, whether male or female patients.

 -Today is my twelfth day on duty at night. The nurse that on duty together with Asma and me is Madam Fatin 😊. 

- At 4.00 AM, the patients will wake up to get a 'sahur'. Usually, the food provided is rice with chicken and fish dishes. Then, after finishing the meal, they will be bathed at 5.00 AM by nurses. 

-  While the patients were bathed, i have to change the bed sheets and pillowcases of each patient. Everyday, their bed sheets and pillowcases need to change for their comfort and cleanliness.

- After they finish bathing and prayer, we will check their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2.  After finish check, we will key in the information in the computer.

- After completing all of the tasks, we will go to pray subuh and after that take a rest for a while.

- Then, our other task is to help Madam Fatin changes the patient pampers.

- Around 8.30 AM, ustaz comes and check all of the patients and Madam Fatin will gives health report to ustaz each of the patients.

- Around 10.00 AM, after completion of massage, male and female patients will be taken out of the ward to undergo natural therapies assisted by nurses and us. The natural therapy(terapi alami) takes half hour to run. After that, they will be brought in and get a rest.

- At 1.00 PM, the patients who can not fasting, they will be provided lunch. 

- Then, around 2.00 PM, Asma, Adda and me started checking their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2. After done all of that, we have to key in their data in the computer.

- Apart from those job that state above, our other job is to help the nurse change the patient's pampers, whether male or female patients.

- At evening shift, I'm on duty with Aka, Nuril and Miss Mimi.
 

- My job is like usually. When on duty at evening shift, the first thing to do is to record the names of nurses on duty to massage the patients. We will record the name of nurses, timing and type of massage they do.

- At 6.00 PM, we will check blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2 all of the patients. After all that's done, we will key in all the data of the patients. 

- At 7.15 PM, we will be ready to get iftar with the patients. Today I feeds Uncle Tamin.

- Beside that, the other task is we will help the nurse to change the patient's pampers and also feeding the patients.

-  While the patients were bathed, i have to change the bed sheets and pillowcases of each patient. Everyday, their bed sheets and pillowcases need to change for their comfort and cleanliness.

- After they finish bathing and prayer, we will check their blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and SPO2.  After finish check, we will key in the information in the computer.

- After completing all of the tasks, we will go to pray subuh and after that take a rest for a while.

- Then, our other task is to help Madam Fatin changes the patient pampers.
