         <description><![CDATA[<div>Now a days a lot of people in a big problem which is the unhealthy diet . It’s a problem effects the body . It stores fat and cause many diseases . As blood pressure and blood sugar . Today I will talk to you about Ahmad story with the unhealthy diet . First the problem starts when he was child . He was eating a lot of sweet and fast food . That’s effects his body on bad way . So he got sick many times . Until he reached 23 years old and he decided to change his life . Then he start to eat healthy food and do some exercises . After 2 years his body changed to a muscular and healthy . So his self confident got better . And more people loves him . And he earn more friends . At the end Ahmad advise you to stop eat lot of sugar and try to be better person every day .</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A lot of people in Kuwait have a diet schedule, but they don’t do it right because they are not following the right schedule or the right way to do it. It’s bad for their health and may cause some problems for them. Fortunately, there are some solution to follow the right schedule and do it right. First they need to go and see the nutritionist. He will help and advice people what to eat to get a good diet or get a healthy life style. Second, they need to avoid black coffee and tea because they lack of nutritious. Instead, they need to drink more water, juice and milk. Third, they need to avoid unhealthy food that lacks of protein and fat. The last way is to walk every day to keep them fit and healthy. In conclusion people must follow these solutions to have a good and healthy diet.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Starvation, high blood pressure, diabetes are one of the negative affects when following an unhealthy diet. People fall in many mistakes when they follow an unhealthy diet. For example, people tend to starve themselves just to lose weight and that can impact their well being. Another thing that starvation can do is it weakens the muscle because when you starve yourself, your heart, lungs, and muscles will shrink and you will feel weak. Another thing people would do is, they would eat a lot of bread and that would increase the insulin in your body. As a result of that, you blood pressure will increase rapidly. The most dangerous thing people would do is eating food that contains a lot of sugar, and that can easily result in diabetes. To sum up, there are a lot of negative impact from following an unhealthy diet including depression and stress, an unhealthy diet can ruin lives.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The problem of unhealthy diet is one of the biggest problems we face in Kuwait now, and the reasons for it are the large number of fast food restaurants in Kuwait, and this problem is one of the most important in Kuwait and the world because it causes physical, psychological and health damage. Reports indicated in 2016 that 14% of Kuwaitis suffer from Fatal obesity, which is a dangerous percentage in which they have not surpassed any country in the world except America. The problem is important because eating unhealthy foods increases the risk of obesity, which causes weight gain and other diseases that affect a person's life.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Unhealthy diet is a major problem in our lives. Many people think they are doing a good healthy diet, but what they do is starving their selves or eating the wrong foods. However, there are many solutions to an unhealthy diet, first thing is you shouldn't starve yourself because when you starve yourself, your metabolism slows down and your body starts to preserve body fat. In addition, when you are hungry and good food around you, it's easy to be tempted. The second thing you should do is drink a lot of water because you can fight hunger when drinking water. The third and most important thing is eating more protein. Eating more protein reduces your appetite and prevent you from eating too much, and it can make you feel full and satisfied for a long time. To do all that, you must have a meal plan, fight stress, and most importantly avoid getting hungry. Finally, people must be careful while doing a diet because when you do an unhealthy diet, there will be a lot of consequences.<br><br></div>]]></description>
