      <description>David Jarjisian is a longtime resident of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. He is currently retired, but has a past background in technology and real estate sales. From 1985 to 2010, Mr. Jarjisian was a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis, where he oversaw leasing and sales transactions focused in Center City Philadelphia . Also completing transactions in Washington, DC, and New Jersey, he consistently earned recognition as a top producer with the company. Among the Philadelphia properties he helped lease space in were the American College of Physicians Building, One Liberty Place, 1700 Market and Penn Mutual Towers.

After earned his economics and business administration from Slippery Rock State University, Mr. Jarjisian accepted a position with the Reber Freil Company as assistant administrator. He managed the country’s largest convention, the National Housewares Show, which covered 1 million square feet and was held in Chicago twice a year.
