Take a Long Warm Bath: It will relax your nerves and muscles.<br>5. Take a Vacation: Leaving your problems behind is not always a good thing, but getting away from  stress will help<br>6. Take a Long  Nap: Sometimes just sleeping can help you.<br>7. Get a Message: This can also relax your nerves.<br>8.  Eating Healthy: Your body also affects your mind, so if you stay in shape you can get better.<br>9. Solve Your Problem: Sometimes stress can be easy to relieve, if you find the root of your problem you can figure it out.<br>10.
