1- how can I adapt template for multiple uses?

1. Most of us already use co-teaching models informally, but being intentional about which model we use matters more than we sometimes realize.

2. Station and parallel teaching can be especially effective when there is clear planning time built in, not just shared classroom space.

3. Strong co-teaching works best when both teachers are seen by students as equal instructional leaders.

2 things I will try-

1. Be more deliberate about selecting a co-teaching model based on the lesson goal rather than defaulting to one teach/one assist.

2. Build in short planning conversations with my co-teacher to clarify roles and expectations before instruction
