         <title>Checking your phone for a message - A step-by-step guide (Malachi)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Many would consider checking your phone for a message quite a mundane, almost reflex action that doesn't require thought. <em><br></em><br>And they're right, you loner with too much time on your hands. <br><br>That said, here is a guide on how to do exactly that non-brain-requiring movement.<br><br><strong>Step 1: Positioning within your pocket.</strong> For this situation, I am assuming 2 things: that you have pockets, and that you are keeping your phone in said pocket instead of carrying it around like some who in the middle of Whoville. When keeping your phone in your pocket, you will want to make sure that the charging slot is pointing upwards, out of your pocket. <br><br><strong>Step 2: Removing the phone from your pocket.</strong> When it comes to the action itself, you will hear the ding of a message, and without looking toward your pocket because you already know where it is, you will reach to this pocket and put 4 fingers on the back of the phone and your thumb on the home button (I'm assuming also that you don't have a google phone). You will pull the phone out the pocket upside down, and in one swift movement swing it upwards using your thumb on the home home button as the hinge. <br><br><strong>Step 3: A short step when it comes to the action itself, but a necessary one.</strong> This can make or break your message-checking sequence. Only now are you allowed to move your eyeballs, to glance down at your phone whilst simultaneously switching the phone on by the power button on the side. Make this a discrete movement: something that couldn't be noticed in a nearby person's peripheral vision.<br><br><strong>Step 4: This step is somewhat flexible:</strong> if it is your great aunt messaging you happy birthday 5 months late, skip to step 5. You can reply just as late as she took to send the message. If it is a message of any significance, you will open the messaging app by the shortest route possible (tapping on the notification and opening the phone with your fingerprint/face/eyes) and with immediate effect start on your reflex reply. This can take no longer than seven seconds, otherwise people will begin to feel as though you are distracted, and bored of their story about how their husband left the toothpaste cap off the tube this morning. <br><br><strong>Step 5: Now, complete the sequence</strong> without anybody noticing you received a message in the first place. With the same fluency with which you extracted your mobile cellular device from pocket, reverse this perfectly, using your thumb on the home button as a hinge to swing the phone into an upside down position before sliding it back into your pocket. You then will look up and add words like 'oh really' and 'wow' to increase the feeling that you have been paying attention without fail. </div>]]></description>

You will need to make sure that both sides of the laces are equal to make that perfect lace. <br>3. You will need to put the right side of the lace over to the other side and put the left side of the lace to the other side. <br>4. Then get the right lace and feed it underneath the cross you made .<br>5. This is were it gets less complicated, you have to make two bunny ears with the laces and cross them over and feed it through the whole.<br>6. After all of that get pull them and it should tighten.<br>7. And there you go, that's how you tie you shoe laces.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Step 1: It’s early in the morning and you need to start getting ready for the day. Your body is waking up but you struggle to open your eyes. It feels like a ton of bricks are holding them down, and no matter what you do, you don’t have the strength to open them. Don’t panic this is not a case of sleep paralysis, it’s more than normal.<br><br>Step 2:  After struggling to open your eyes they flutter open, they will blink between 5-15 times but they wont want to stay open. At this time you may feel confused and disoriented but that’s part of the process of wether you got a good nights sleep. You brain is trying to wake up as this all is going on. <br><br>Step 3: You squeeze you eyes shut tightly in order to get enough strength to open your eyes agains. You will still feel tired but don’t go back to sleep your eyes may still feel heavy but fight through that and open them again if this helps think about what you want to do for the day, or what you will want for breakfast. <br><br>Step 4: Your eyes open sharply adjusting the the bright light ahead of you your vision may be blurry, but your eyes will soon adjust and you will see everything clearly again. Please remember your brain and muscles are waking up as well so try and get yourself up to stretch and have random thoughts to get them working correctly.<br><br>Step 5: Slowly get out your bed and you possibly might stumble over but regain your balance. Your stomach could potentially growl at you in desperate need of food and water, so motivate yourself to start getting ready for they day.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div><br></div><div>It's 1:45 in the morning and you can't keep your eyes open long enough to watch a 30 second tik tok about a new wandavision theory where the mailman is in fact mephisto.Here's a step by step guide on how to go to bed without procrastinating.</div><div><br></div><div>Step 1 :</div><div>Get out of bed. Surprisingly this is a key factor in ultimately getting to sleep, getting out of bed gives you the much needed motivation to do the hygienic necessities to make sure your teeth don't rot and your skin doesn't look mank. I personally get out of bed to do these things in fear of looking like a carrionite from doctor who. </div><div><br></div><div>Step 2 :</div><div>Go to the bathrooms to perform said hygienic acts. To make this step a bit more fun and effective maybe throw in a skincare routine just for the fun of it, or maybe invest in an overpriced oral-B toothbrush to make hygiene a tad more enjoyable. Many people like to take their phones into the bathroom and watch an almost never ending string of 60 second edits of their favourite fictional characters and actors while simultaneously pretending you're in said edit.</div><div><br></div><div>Step 3:<br>Once you've finished in the bathroom, go to the kitchen and grab a bottle of water for your unexpected midnight thirst. It's always good to be prepared for the inevitable. Also while you're at it gather your empty bottles and glasses from your room and dump them in the sink, they are no longer your problem but your mum might be a little shocked at the amount you have hoarded.</div><div><br></div><div>Step 4:</div><div>After your kitchen adventure, it's finally time to get into bed.Take your socks and/or other accessories you've gathered during the day off and snuggle up inside your duvet. Pop your headphones in and prepare to cry for about 2 hours to some sad songs then go on to imagine some scenarios with your favourite fictional characters </div><div><br></div><div>Step 5 :</div><div>Finally you will be satisfied with the amount of sobbing and imaging you have done for the ‘evening’ and your eyes will slowly drift shut, sending you into a state of blissful unconsciousness. </div><div><br></div><div>Following these steps precisely will lead to a wonderful nights rest and maybe an eye infection. </div><div><br>Gracie<br><br></div>]]></description>
