-Yes she delivered her message effectively because the way she talks it is full of emotion and it is very powerful that makes the audience feel her emotion too.)

Greta Thunberg’s message is simple, clear, direct, and sometimes even angry, in her speech at the United Nations, it can be understood by everyone. Her message, turning to the politic and economic powers, citing scientific data, Greta insists above all on the “zero emissions” goal, which is fundamental. Although for the first time humanity is facing a planetary crisis that has heavily contributed to create, this is not really a new situation: humanity has always been using scientific disciplines and technologies to remedy situations where it has been more or less voluntarily or unavoidably involved in.  People who doesn’t care of what they are facing. That why they are suffering. 
2. Did she deliver her message effectively? Explain.
Yes, because she deliver her message clear and direct to the point and she has an example given in small details.

Yes, she used proper appropriate language for everyone. She is explaining all her side what they have facing right now. “But no matter how sad and angry I am, I do not want to believe that”.

1. What is her message?
Her message is about the  yung people that are demanding help even though the one's that are leading them, and the people that does not care  about the situation is the real reason why all of it is happening.

Yes. because she said every word correctly and she said it in a way that the people would  not find it difficult to understand and the speach has emotion coming out of it while it was being said and all the people showed facial and emotional reactions from hearing the speach.

Yes she used a proper and appropriate language for all of her audiences and he is using proper level of formality and facial expression when he is explaining her side to all of her audience and when he is explaining you can feel the emotion coming from the speach .
