Despite all the hardships we faced in our childhood, especially, her upbringing and failed romantic relationships, she used all of that pain and trauma to motivate her in accomplishing her career goals. She took her time, never gave up, and graduated from Cal State Long Beach, and became an RN(registered nurse). She is very good at what she does and works in a very hardcore environment in a hospital ICU(intensive care unit, or trauma) which not many can do.  
I aspire to have a career I love despite any obstacles and financially not depend on anyone.

Despite all the bad things, I now learned to appreciate the good things. Some of what I got from my ex's behaviors and choices is to live your life the way you always wanted to despite what others think and travel as much as you can. I respect my ex's determination in pursuing his envisioned lifestyle. Everyone from my family loves and craves my mom's dishes in addition to building a welcoming home everyone can come to. He always makes time to work out and it's just part of who he is and his lifestyle. Since I invested my time in working out five times a week I have felt better. I continue to strive in becoming physically and mentally stronger. She has since rented her own apartment and works a lot. She is so hard-working, independent, and self-reliant. She is trustworthy, genuine, knowledgeable, and I can always count on her for advice and anything.
