         <title>Cleaning the Machine</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Put 0.5tsp cleaning powder into the cleaning group handle<br>2. Place group handle into group head and turn until secure and right<br>3. Press the star button on the machine. Turn it off when it starts flashing and keep it off for 10 seconds. Turn it on again until it starts flashing. Repeat this step five times<br>4. Take the group handle off, rinse and put back. Repeat step 3 three times<br>5. Use a toothbrush to clean the inside of the group heads to remove residue, taking care not to burn yourself.<br>6. Repeat steps 1-5 with the other group head.<br>7. Meanwhile, fill two large milk jugs with boiling water from the machine and place 0.5tsp cleaning powder in each jug. Take the group handles apart and place in one in each jug for half an hour. Rinse with warm water.<br>8. Take trays out and wash in hot, soapy water. Dry thoroughly before replacing. <br>9. Use a dry cloth to polish the machine until streak-free and shiny<br>10. Open steam valves fully until the hissing stops.<br>11. Turn off the machine</div>]]></description>

If you have air bubbles you can swirl the milk or tap the jug on the bench to release the air bubbles. ( remember - after heating the milk purge the steam wand immediately and wipe it down with the cloth so milk doesn’t cake onto the wand and any bacteria is removed from the wand ) the video above will help with angling the jug and steam wand correctly to texturise the milk properly, enjoy :))))</div>]]></description>
