Inclusion refers to the practice of equalizing circumstances in order to allow for people who would normally be excluded to participate and have dignity equal to hegemonic groups.

White supremacy is both the belief that those who are White are genetically and/or culturally superior than other racial/ethic groups and the institutions/structures built around this belief that continue to put White people at a greater advantage.

Example: The Original Bill of Rights and how it needed to specify in later decades that it applies to others besides white men, yet does nothing to address the years were everyone else was set back.

Respecting others holidays and their differences in celebrating the holidays.
