I still remember the first time in kindergarten

I picked up you in my small hands and knew I found my passion

I ran up and down the grass with you in my hands

I dreamed of being in the pro bowl

I dreamed of winning a lot of championships

I see myself wearing navy blue, white, orange

With the number 88 stamped on my back 

Knowing that with every move I make as a tight end

I will be the MVP

And ever since that moment I’ve been watching with my dad

I have become addicted  

I studied every part of the game

I studied like it was my homework

I’ve put everything from football to my work ethic

It helps me work hard in school

The crowd roaring for the team to make a touchdown 

The quarterback yelling ‘’Down set hike’’

I knew it was my moment to shine 

I knew I was going to score a the game winning touchdown

My friends cheering ‘’Go Trevon’’

After that I knew I was a star

I felt like I was as good as my favorite player khalil mack

The sport made stronger 

I felt confident in my abilities

Everytime I step on the field I feel energetic  

Nothing can match that feeling
