Yes, I completely agree that email is not the best way to discuss it, but giving that I am on the road and without phone contact, this is the only option we have for now.

I am sure that we can meet at the middle and sort this situation out as we are willing to achieve the same goals.

I can see your point about the option B, though I have to say that as we didn't get to an agreement in our last meeting, we really should discuss it as group, having a professional opinion of a designer.

Thank you for contacted me. I think it would be a good idea to discuss this in person involving Cath in this discussion.
I understand your point of view, but one thing you might consider is that working in group is the best way to find a better solution to this issue.
Even though you still believe that there is nothing wrong with Option B, I haven't changed my mind and I still think that going back to the designer would be our best option.
I would like you to consider having a new meeting or even a phone conference in order to find a solution and common ground on this discussion.

Thanks for contacting me. Email is not the best way to talk about this kind of issue, but it is very helpful in situations when one of us is unavailable.
I think it would be a better idea if we talk in person when I come back from my trip. It's a very beneficial idea to discuss and show our opinion on important things like that, and I'm looking forward to meet you two.
Although I still believe option b isn't the best logo to represent our company and we should go back to the designer for an update,I'm available to hear your further thoughts about it.
Could we meet tomorrow afternoon at 4 pm? If its ok I'll email Cath and ask her if she's free.

Thanks for emailing me. I agree that is not the most appropriate way to communicate, but I just want to get back to you about this matter and later we can talk in person. 

I appreciate your desire to discuss this subject, I also think it is really important that we express our point of views, even though they are slightly different, however working together on it we are going to sort it out. 

I remain with the opinion that option B is not the best choice, but if we could get an agreement about few changes in a way that we don't miss the essence of your idea, I believe that could be a great solution.

What about a meeting tomorrow to talk about it? Would 4pm suit you?
