         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br></div><div>Commodity Prices could go up which would lead to cost of production increasing which would shift the As curve to the right as seen AS 1 shifting to AS2 which leads to price level increasing from P1 to P2 and leads t a fall in RGDP from Y1 to Y2. <br> This can be seen in the rise in price for Oil which effected Britain market in 2018. However, rising fuel costs can also lead to an increase in Export revenue for a country which can give them an increase in their current account position. This is a component of AD which would lead to a shift to the right in AD ……<br><br></div><div>This might cause an overheating of the economy and will depend on the accelerator and multiplier effect on how much inflation increases as if the MPC is very high then there will be a larger effect on the price level as it reduces the negative output gap.<br><br></div><div> <br><br></div>]]></description>
