People charged in hoards in search of gunpowder and weapons to support the revolution. There was over 30,000 pounds of gunpowder but people saw that as a monarchy´s tyranny. The person in charge of the Bastille was Bernard-René Jordan de launay, there was 98 casualties. The commander Bernard-René ended up dying and being put on a pike. They were both executed Louis on January 21, 1793 and Marie on October 16, 1793. Napoleon was later then deemed emperor. Church got some of its power and followers back. With all this new found power he decides to invade every country in Europe although he won many of these fights they were still in debt. For every country he defeated he would put one of his family members in charge. He implemented the Napoleonic code which still stands today. However, the rights were only for men. This Deceleration also granted certain citizens civil rights. The people forced the king to accept the Deceleration of Man. Leading to a rampage across Paris destroying marketplaces and all bakeries in there way. There were thousands of Parisians who participated in this catastrophe. The rampage went on for 6 hours and the rampage led to the kings residence. For every act of disloyalty to the rebellion would behead people or arrest them as a consequence. There were around 300,000 arrested 17,000 were killed.
