In the last weeks there was a worldwide problem that caused the collapse of the economy and thousands of dead. It is the Covid-19 or Coronavirus, a virus born In the city of Whuan, in China.
This virus is very dangerous because it attack the respiratory tract, but it isn't very fatal for healthy people. The people most at risk are the elderly.
The buildings, also the schools, have closed, but the school year will not be lost thanks to the idea of distance teaching with video conferences, explanations and oral questions. In my opinion they are a help to make the exam better.

Covid-19 is a problem that includes the whole world in this period.
 Governments from almost all over the planet have taken drastic precautions to safeguard citizens' lives.
One of these precautions is the temporary closure of schools.
Although the schools are closed, the school system has not stopped, because thanks to the technologies available to us today, we can communicate at a great distance from each other.
The school system has adapted to the situation and has decided to use current platforms to teach, thanks to WhatsApp groups, electronic registers, and also to video lessons. Personally, I can't stand the idea of being locked in the house, of not seeing my friends, and my family. And not being able to carry out activities that cannot be done at home.

In this period the whole world is faced with a very difficult situation, a very dangerous virus since January and has now started and spread all over the world starting from Wuahan in China. This virus is called covid-19 known by us as coronavirus and it is a bacterium that attacks the lungs, causing respiratory problems. At the beginning no one was alarmed and no one had problems, only now people have understood the severity of this virus and are locked up in quarantine for 1 month and 1 week, going out alone carrying stick with gloves and mask.

Unlike what happened in 2002, when it took months to identify the cause of the epidemic, in 2020 science took only 8 days to provide the name, surname and full identity card of the virus. Although this result has allowed the suspicions of experts to be confirmed in record time, the genetic sequence of what is now known as the Wuhan novel Coronavirus (nCoV) still leaves many doubts about the origin of the epidemic. In fact, in nature there is an enormous diversity of coronaviruses in many species of mammals and birds. In particular, at least 50 viruses are known to date belonging to the same cluster of SARS and this new coronavirus that circulate in rhinolophy bats but are considered harmless to humans. Obviously, a vaccine has not yet been created, given the recent discovery.
The only way to stop or at least slow down this virus is to have a total quarantine.

It is really difficult to follow these virtual lessons, thinking about it is only thanks to the technology that we can see our professors and learn new things just as they once did.I think that in situations like these you should not give up, but prove stronger than what you want to fight with we are just like we are doing in Italy. I am happy about virtual lessons because we can normally carry out the lessons and even if for some they are boring, I believe it is a great thing, not to be underestimated, rather take advantage of being able to hear those words. It can be boring to wake up every morning, sit on a chair and look at a screen, but everything is rewarded by our great professors. who are proving to be infallible. I hope this situation will end soon and to be able to return to those uncomfortable benches.
