Ella’s teacher to tutor resources have made tutoring possible for me. I wouldn’t of known where to begin but with all of the handy resources Ella provides, it’s made setting up my business super simple and given me the confidence to go for it!

They are so reasonable in price too and easily accessible. Ella even took the time to convert some files for me so I could download them to watch on my recent flight!

Ella really inspired me to delve into the world of tutoring and leave teaching. Her 3 part course gave me all the essential tools I need to feel confident in my transition. Ella has a warmth about her that makes you feel at ease. She always takes the time to answer any questions asked. The WhatsApp group she created is invaluable and it is great to be able to speak to other teachers who are also branching out. It really feels like a community!

Ella’s guides and advice have been so incredibly valuable during my tutoring journey. She has been relentlessly encouraging and kind, always sharing tips and advice when asked. I’ve found her resources incredibly helpful with tons of practical advice - how to invoice, contract templates, branding etc. Her group chat facilitates a space to talk to others in a similar position and to cheer each other on. My tutoring business would be nowhere near as successful without Ella’s input. I’ve recommended her to many friends who are thinking of leaving teaching and can speak from my own experience that transitioning from teaching to tutoring is made far less daunting with Ella’s resources.

I’m so glad I found Ella! I found her resources to be extremely helpful and honestly it had everything I needed to get my tutoring business off the ground. Ella has been absolutely instrumental in helping me set up my own tutoring business. I initially started following her because I was interested in tutoring, but I had no idea it would be the beginning of such an amazing journey. After following her for a while, I realised she had something really special. Her sessions always look so engaging and exciting for the children which is exactly the kind of experience I hope to create in my own tutoring business.

I purchased her full bundle of resources, and they have been an absolute godsend. Setting everything up was so much easier thanks to her incredibly informative and supportive guidance. Ella truly deserves every bit of success she achieves.

Before discovering her, I was a completely burnt-out teacher, ready to leave the profession altogether. I felt like I had lost my passion for teaching. But Ella showed me a new way, one that allows me to teach in the way I love, while also having the flexibility to prioritise my family. I honestly can’t thank her enough for that.

I saw an online newspaper article about Ella’s transition from teacher to tutor and then found her on Instagram; I am so pleased I did! I messaged Ella straight away who directed me towards her online video training. I immediately signed up and believed in this journey. The 4 training videos explain your next steps clearly and Ella introduces you to a really helpful community via WhatsApp. Some of us are further into this journey than others, some are starting from scratch, but everyone is so helpful and Ella keeps in contact daily. A couple of months into my tutoring business I booked a 1:1 call with Ella who had previously looked through my social media and website, so she could give honest and constructive feedback. The call was personal, genuine and extremely helpful. All of us have wobbles and worries but Ella is right there encouraging us and showing us the success that is possible in this fun, relaxed world of education (unlike in schools). Thank you Ella - I say it every time I speak to you, you’re an inspiration.

I was becoming a burnt out teacher after 10 years in the job. My partner showed me Ella’s page and I paid it no attention for months! Eventually I gave it a look, 8 months later, it’s my full time job and I earn significantly more than my teacher job and much more time for my family. Life changing, thanks so much Ella.

When I first left teaching, I was completely burnt out and didn’t know what the plan was for my next move - I knew I would miss the children, but couldn’t see a way forward where I could ever teach again. I started following Ella online and found her business SO inspiring. Bit by bit, I started to see that this might be possible: maybe I could keep doing the thing I love, but in a way that created a sustainable lifestyle…

Cut to 6 months later and I’m proud to say I’m almost fully booked. Through following Ella’s step by step guide, I have successfully set up and marketed my growing business from scratch. I am part of Ella’s online community of fellow teachers, and this has given me the support system I was missing from having colleagues in school. Ella is so encouraging, so open and realistic; she’s always there to ask for advice and is a constant cheerleader for our fledgling online profiles.

It might sound cheesy, but it’s true: Ella’s transparency about her own business showed me how fun, rewarding, and at times how hard this could be. It’s been all of those things. Her business model demonstrates that this idea has so much potential and can be financially viable if you’re willing to put in the work.

I first came across Ella on TikTok and immediately fell in love with how authentic and real she was about the world of teaching and her journey into tutoring. She is the reason I am where I am today with my tutoring!

Fantastic resources - couldn’t recommend enough!

I came across Ella’s Instagram from a Facebook page for teachers looking for alternatives to classroom teaching. I purchased the teacher to tutor pack, including tutorials and resources. These were fantastic in helping me plan my small business plan effectively. She gives so many great tips and step by step information, it’s amazing! The WhatsApp group is also fantastic, it’s so supportive of one another. It’s ensured I can build my business long-term and keep doing what I love! I recently purchased the 11+ resource too, I have some successful experience with 11+ but I am always looking to further my understanding and knowledge - which this certainly has helped with. Finally, it’s clear that Ella is so genuine and is an incredible tutor herself! A massive thank you, Ella!

I’ve had two coaching calls with Ella to help set up my tutoring business alongside my teaching job. Ella answered all my questions and shared everything she knew. It was clear that she wants as many people to win as a tutor as possible and I just think that’s lovely! 🥰 Would highly recommend Ella as a coach for moving from classroom teaching into tutoring.
