Puro: The only thing you're doing, ex: "Estoy puro haciendo mi tarea"
Entonar: where you place emphasis or tone on your vowels. 
"Qué lata/fome": Means "what a bore" 
Weón/a o huevón: Could mean "dude" in a friendly way or it could be a jerk. Also is a substitute when you don't know the name for something.
