         <description><![CDATA[<p>Narentheren Kaliappen is a Senior Lecturer at the School of International Studies, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He holds a PhD (Strategic Management), Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universiti Utara Malaysia. He also published quite a number of ISI/SCOPUS indexed journals, including Emerald and Sage publications in the field of strategic management and business administration in addition to presenting several papers at local and international conferences. “Match Your Strategies for Brilliant Performance” and “Strategy Execution for Performance Excellence” are his latest books. Recently, he was awarded Distinguished Doctoral Dissertation Award for his PhD thesis entitled “Strategic Match and Effects of Competitive Strategy, Market Orientation and Innovation Strategy on Hotels’ Performance: The Catalyst For Economic Growth of a Nation” at the US-based Academy for Global Business Advancement’s (AGBA) 12th Annual World Congress. Additionally, he also received several Best Paper Awards for his research papers presented at various conferences. Notably, he received 2016 Emerald Literati Awards for Excellence for the paper entitled Innovation strategies and performance: Are they truly linked?</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Dr. Eshaby Mustafa is an academician in the field of hospitality management, currently serving as a senior lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She obtained her undergraduate degree in Hotel Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA and pursued further studies in MSc in Food Management at University of Surrey, United Kingdom. She also holds a PhD in Consumer Behaviour in Food from University of Surrey. Dr. Eshaby began her career in the hospitality industry as a Front Office Assistant at a resort in Langkawi Island. Her academic journey commenced in 2006 when she joined UUM as a tutor. Her research interests are diverse, including food management, hospitality management, hotel operations, service operations management, and consumer behavior in food and beverage. Dr. Eshaby has been actively involved in organizing and contributing to international conferences and has co-edited several issues related to hospitality and tourism, focusing on food, sustainability and innovation in the industry. She has also published numerous research papers and continues to mentor students and collaborate with industry professionals. Dr. Eshaby's contributions to the field includes participation in industry conferences and workshops, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in hospitality management.</p>]]></description>
