Wine is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting grape juice. starting in 4100 B.C, the oldest winery was founded in Ancient Armenia. the site was discovered in 2007 by UCLA researchers. wine can be three different colors, it can be red, white, and rose. Most of the world's wine is made from one species, Vitis vinifera (meaning "a wine-bearing vine"), which is native to Europe and the middle east. wine is made by the crushing of grapes. This initiates fermentation, the process by which the yeasts consume the sugar and produce alcohol and carbon dioxide. fermentation is the central part of the wine-making process. most fermentation occurs in oak barrels. Fermentation is completed when the yeasts have consumed all the sugar, resulting in a wine that is called "dry" because it contains no sugar, But fermentation can also be completed when the alcohol level in the wine reaches a level that kills the yeasts, generally at an alcohol level of about 16 percent.

-Archaeologists recently discovered a 3,700-year-old cellar in northern-Israel.

wine can in fact preserve your memory loss. it helps prevent clots and blood vessel inflammation. this drink also helps you boost your body's defenses. just as little as half a glass may also help guard against food poisoning caused by germs like salmonella when people are exposed to contaminated food. wine can also protect and strength your bones. Alcohol appears to boost estrogen levels; the hormone seems to slow the body's destruction of old bone more than it slows the production of new bone.it can also help Premenopausal women who drink one or two glasses of wine a day to be given a 40 percent less likely chance than women who dont drink to develop type 2 diabetes.
