Communities of practice are groups of people who share a concern, a set of problems, or a passion about a topic, and who deepen their knowledge and expertise in this area by interacting on an ongoing basis.

1.Community | It’s all about interaction and building professional relationships.

2.Practice | Those involved are practitioners in a similar field. Learning is therefore contextualised and directly related to practice.

We have a facebook group -Tejas4Ed where we share reflective ideas related to TAG (teacher activity group). Many Tag coordinators share their video clips from their classroom teaching. I am also a part of twitter group having a hashtag #Tejas4Ed where we have a twitter chat once in a month.
