The first is to be smart, as the goals say. Keeping my money under proper control with saving and investing balanced can result in a better well-being for myself, financially and individually.
The second thing I could do is find more opportunities to be involved in my community. Contributing to the community would be beneficial to my sense of social importance and care. Finally, I need to be more aware of my own time. I feel like I can be more excited over activities if I spend more time doing what I love to.
