This article shows how CR occurs in our daily encounters and can potentially spark good change by rekindling a feeling of purpose in our work life with examples from our personal experiences. Demanding that CR, which is grounded in feminist and intersectional praxis, be not only revisited but also rethought and reframed as a paradigm for academic activism in the modern business school.
