-Sharing resources in same levels, use of junk material to make resources, instead of lamination use plastic pockets, place one interactive board in each class and students can use that board as a resource, if not use mini interactive boards, wrap whiteboards with felt.

Good teaching resource is only possible, if you are able to build a good rapport with current faculty members, also try to have your network bigger by not missing any socializing event within the same fraternity.

Enlightenment to parents about BSS, involve the parents in every event you have planned for students, take their opinions but stick to what your plan is, also make a parental forum where they must meet every month.

Managing budget, that is not possible. 😊
