I want to tell you about my family. I leave  with my parents. My father is a civil engineer, he is average height and thin. My mom is a housewife, she is short and average weight.

I am free on the weekends, I normally get up at 6:30, then I clean myself. After that I have breakfast at 7 o'clock, then I take a shower. I usually do my homework at 10 o'clock in the morning. I always relax in the afternoon and I use my cellphone for a while.

In Ilo, there are beatiful sunsets. The people are friendly and relaxed. The food is always good, it's usually seafood.

You should eat some vegetables and fruits. You should drink two liters of water every day. But you shouldn't eat a lot of sweets or fast food that can hurt you. 
You should do 40 minutes of exercise a day and sleep 8 hours.You should also go to the doctor once a month. We are going to play the guitar, sing and also play voleyball.

You should wear jeans, a jacket and sneakers to be more comfortable. You shouldn't wear sandals or shorts because it's very cold. 

We can eat fruit and delicious hamburgers.

I visited Alto Carmen lookout, I took a tour of the city, I went shopping at the mall, I went for a horse ride, I took pictures of everything and I ate ice cream cheese.

For this year I'm planning to go to Arequipa again, I'm going on a tour of the sillar route and I'm take photos there.
I would like to visit the cathedral museum, also go to the Yanahuara lookout and eat adobo.
