I believe that I scored really well on mindset because of my disposition and experience in life. Being a former college and professional athlete, I have always preached mindset in my own work, as well as my work that I do with coaching and other athletes. To me success of other people is something that I can always have an effect on when I put the right mindset into the correct channels. Believing that all students can learn providing opportunities for all students being comprehensive with my work and displaying proper leadership skills are things that naturally come to me. The section on mindsets  is something that has always been intriguing and because of that I scored well.

I also scored while on most of the subsections within this discipline. I believe that I scored well here because of some of the similar characteristics that I share as far as scoring well within the mindset section. Having a strong mindset includes being able to develop, learn, and recognize the comprehensiveness of whatever situation you are in. So ,for me within this section, I did well on human development theories, supporting achievement, gaining opportunities for learning and especially with person-centered counseling and family systems.

1. Develop Resilience: The lesson plan helps students understand the concept of resilience and its importance. Through activities like identifying personal strengths and engaging in resilience-building exercises, students learn practical ways to navigate challenges both academically and personally.
