Third tube put in peroxide, light a wooden splint on fire, put glowing splint into peroxide. Put peroxide in fourth test tube, put in liver, put a heated splint into the tube. In the last test tube boil water and put liver in it put in peroxide and nothing happens

The liver will separate peroxide into water and oxygen. The oxygen is pure because it lights on fire. If you just put water in with liver nothing happens. If you boil the water nothing will happen because the temperature is too hot. The hypothesis was correct.
