After day 1, I now have a good writing stream for my first two sections. I also started my summary, but did not finish it, so I will come back to that around midday. Instead of finishing my summary, I turned my stream into a clearer outline, which I feel really good about. My goals need to be more specific than they were yesterday, since I'm realizing that "section" is simply too large of a word for my mind to tackle in 25 minutes. I've also noted that I need to schedule times to check emails, check my phone, etc. since I kept reaching for technology whenever my writing hit a lull. I'm hoping that if I schedule time for these activities, it will be something I look forward to/ once I've had time for technology, I won't feel the need to reach for these items.

Goals for Tuesday to Thursday
- Introduction 1.1 to 1.3 (4 pomodoros)
- Introduction 1.4 to 1.7 (4 pomodoros)
- Manzini Summary (3 pomodoros)
- Design Thinking 3.1 to 3.2 (4 pomodoros)
- Design Thinking 3.3 to 3.4 (2 pomodoros)

Tuesday Schedule
<del>9:30- Workshop
</del><del>10:00- Pomodoro 1 (Intro)</del><del>
10:30- Technology time and stretching
</del><del>10:45- Pomodoro 2 (Intro)</del><del>
11:20- Peer Review
12:00- Lunch</del>
1:00- Pomodoro 3 (Intro)
<del>1:25- Technology time
</del><del>1:35- Pomodoro 4 (Intro)</del>
<del>2:00- Technology time</del>
<del>2:10- Pomodoro 5 (Summary)</del>
<del>2:35- Reading break and stretching</del>
<del>3:05- Pomodoro 6 (Intro 2)</del>

Day 2 went really well! I missed one Pomodoro because I decided to run errands during lunch, but otherwise, it was a really successful writing day. Feeling really happy with the way things are going, and I am feeling confident that I can finish my goal of completing one chapter/ section of my lit review this week. Doing this activity, I've also realized what is a realistic weekly writing goal for my schedule, and am excited to implement that goal moving forward.

Wednesday Schedule
<del>10:50- Workshop</del>
<del>11:35- Pomodoro 1 (Intro 2)</del>
<del>12:00- Pomodoro 2 (Intro 2)</del>
<del>1:00- Lunch
1:25- Technology time
</del><del>1:35- Pomodoro 3 (Intro 2)</del>
<del>2:00- Technology time
</del><del>2:10- Pomodoro 4 (Intro 2)</del>
2:35- Reading break and stretching
3:05- Pomodoro 5 (Intro 2)

Day 4: Revised SMART Goals and Plan Moving Forward

Today I had some surprise commitments in the morning, but for this afternoon, I hope to complete four pomodoros. I would like to get close to finishing my first chapter, and finish it completely tomorrow. I've been making good progress so far, but definitely have a lot of editing to do before the weekend!

After completing this week's bootcamp, I now have this plan moving forward:
1) Make a schedule with 4 to 6 pomodoros every morning (4 out of 5 days a week, one full day for TA commitments)
2) Schedule dedicated time for technology in between pomodoros
3) Uninstall time-consuming social media apps from phone each morning (it's a bit of a pain to have to reinstall every afternoon, but worth it for productivity)
4) Write 6 to 8 pages a week. This goal seemed measly in my head, but once I broke it down, and got through this amount this week, I'm realizing that this is more than enough for my timeline, and I feel really good about this target.
5) Establish a peer writing circle. I reached out to two peers yesterday, working with similar timelines and styles, and we have decided to schedule a time once a month in person, and once a month online, to exchange a few pages and share thoughts on our progress so far.

Thursday Schedule
1:00- Lunch
1:35- Pomodoro 1 (Intro 2)
2:00- Technology time
2:10- Pomodoro 2 (Intro 2)
2:35- Reading break and stretching
3:05- Pomodoro 3 (Intro 2)
3:30- Pomodoro 4 (Intro 2)
