The ethical problem in the video is people are deceived and manipulated to do things. The rich countries come to the poor countries and colonize them by making good relationships with the leaders of the poor countries and persuading them that they can provide profit to the whole country. Since the leader class is consisting of the most persuasive people, the citizens would easily accept their excuses and start to believe that the colonizer can bring benefit to them. After gaining trust in the country, the colonizers start to do everything they can to make as many profits and only share a little bit to the poor country. Because of their main purpose is to make the biggest profit, if any problems exist, they will try their best to blame the poor country and avoid having their own people solve the problem. The best thing they can do is to apologize and use some money to suppress the issue. Colonialism is that the colonizer gain big profit and the poor country are used and only gain a small amount of profit. However, the rich countries, in some perspectives, are doing something right. They bring benefits to the poor country and make their infrastructures better. The leadership is failing because they are corrupted.They let the colonizer do everything as long as they provide benefit to them. The unequal thing about this is that the colonizer lied to the poor country and the profit distribution of the two countries are totally unequal.
