Feedback plays a decisive role in learning and development, within and beyond formal education settings. We learn faster, and much more effectively, when we have a clear sense of how well we are doing and what we might need to do in order to improve.

classroom. We Do Not All understand the same way nor see the same, regardless of its simplicity. There is a need for diversity in teaching for the diversity in learning.  According to readings, curriculum is developed with the student in mind.  The higher institution is committed to meeting the needs of the students beyond the classroom & curriculum.  EVERYTHING is about preparation for a career beyond college graduation.
