The ministration is trying to act more equal to transgenders. But here I can definetly say that it’s not a good idea becuse it will backfire. If the transgenders ga to a different school than other students it will even increase the sexism. That’s why ministration musn’t act like that. Responsibilities given by societies are a part of gender inequality and they make gender disparity in business life, the third post shows that. There are some examples of it.  Firstly, in lots of cultures, such as Turkish culture, women have more blocks. Society thinks that households are women’s responsibilities. This thought makes women’s life especially business life harder.  Secondly, societies generally give the responsibility of children-care to women. But, in the children’s life fathers are as important as mothers, and giving all responsibilities about children to women drops behind the women in business life. To sum up, gender inequality is a problem for business life; unequal responsibilities cause that.
