Who do you think is the gretest king in the world? I think it is king Sejong. May 15th, in 1397 in the day when king Sejong was born.
He came to throne in 1418. He published and distributed in 1429. He proclaimed the creation of Hangeul in 1446. He loved his people that is why he could achieve manything. He published calendar in 1444. It was 1446 when proclaim the creation of Hangeul was fired at Geunjeongjeon Hall in Gyeongbokgung Palace. He loved his people a lot. That's the reason why the achievements from August 1418 to 1446.
