Because its a little crunchy and the texture of it...love it. Also the taste of it is a little bland so it taste well with other food. I also like mushroom product like the mushroom soup and mushroom chicken chop. I also love bacon because of its rich taste. The saltiness and the smoky flavour taste well together. You can also cook the bacon with brown sugar and it will taste even BETTER.
