         <description><![CDATA[<div>Attendance - more consistent approach, quick follow up on on missed lessons (usually the next lesson) - attendance monitoring (visual in class - easy to monitor) better comms from ME department (however, this could still improve) - making attendance and punctuality part of our daily routine.<br>Delivery - delivery has been implemented following UAL suggested guidance - we deliver traditional taught sessions quicker and start the FMP earlier and feel this has worked well; to an extent.<br>More diverse groups - improved gender and race/ethnicity balance. We feel this has occurred naturally.<br>Industry engagement - Void apps and Codemasters - work experience and guest speakers (we still feel this could improve)<br>UAL - <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Social media presence/marketing - taking inspiration from Photography&nbsp;we intend on growing the WolvColl brand - but more specially the presence of the Game Design course via Facebook/'Insta'. Dedicated website w/ student work &amp; physical marketing.<br>Taught specialist sessions should run for longer -&nbsp; we felt the work related skills should be developed further - none assessed workshops. We feel this will improve the overall quality of their FMP (Final Major Project).<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Q1.&nbsp;<br>High levels of attendance and engagement. More familiar with UAL, excellent use of VLEs including Google Classroom and Google sites.&nbsp;<br>Some excellent work being produced by both first and second year L3.<br><br>Q2. Room for improvement. Less fractionalisation of tutors and more full time posts to improve consistency, communication and teamwork.<br><br>More presence on social media for all courses with support from marketing.<br><br>An update of classroom facilities, to reflect the need multimedia teaching in the majority of areas. One example is a better storage system within the edit suite so that learners can use multiple computers.&nbsp;<br><br>More trips for media - the long period of the FMP work needs to be broken up with different things (trips) to keep the learners engaged and inspired.&nbsp;<br><br>Less confusion with the extra 'self directed' study - BKSB which was then thrown out, and resulted in reluctance in completing the second phase. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1 - Bigger variety of guest speakers, 100% achievement at earliest point in the year ever, social media presence having an impact, industry links strengthening, outstanding attendance figures, students in jobs already.<br><br>2 - A classroom which is effective for needs of students, increased hiring of equipment for video projects, clearer requirements for portfolio module, facilities to use off timetable for editing and production. Utilise B5 for post-production. </div>]]></description>
