Most times I hear them on the radio, when I use to be around my grandparents all the time. Sometimes they would sing along in front of me! Seeing them happy hearing inuktut music in the background. It use to be an everyday thing in our home. It is very important for us to keep the inuktut music tradition alive, so that we can pass on to our children, and they can pass it along to their children also. Our elders can tell us stories of how they use to sing with their parents a long time ago. And where we come from.
