Here's one example:</p><p><br/></p><p>A program coordinator in a public health department supports families affected by substance use. Recently, tensions have risen among staff due to burnout and heavy caseloads. During a meeting, a case manager reacts strongly to feedback and leaves the room in tears. Later, she shares that she’s felt “attacked” and “on edge” since losing a client to overdose. This coordinator (and supervisor) is unsure how to respond, and wonders if other staff are feeling similarly.</p>]]></description>
