         <title>OneNote App for class organization</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The OneNote app has been incredibly useful in keeping our new hire classes credentials organized. There are a ton of awesome features that allow for quick and easy access to any information you may need, and since OneNote is part of Microsoft 365 it is intertwined with Outlook email allowing you to send emails directly to a notebook and vise versa. OneNote also has a share feature so when a notebook is created you have the ability to share with anyone you'd like (within your organization) and those people have the ability to make real time edits to the notebook. This would be great for New Hire as an admin task for possibly one person to "run" for keeping track of credentials or important info for the class. With the share feature the whole new hire team can have access and add information to their notebook at any time to share with the team. This would be great for for any other team or department that's looking for a new way of sharing and/or organizing information! The first one will be sent to the new hires upon completion of training, and the second one will be sent out 90 days after the new hires become independent on the phones.&nbsp;<br><br>The results of the surveys will be shared with the Collections department (a copy of the results will be stored on a shared drive that Collections TLs can access).          <description><![CDATA[<div>Currently, on the last day of Info New Hire, we are giving the New Hires a survey for their feedback on the program and wishing them the best of luck. Most of them likely aren't thinking of L&amp;OD any longer once they get into their roles. I think there is an opportunity here to shamelessly plug the other L&amp;OD programs we have to offer. To be more specific, I think we can show them the Leadership Development for Non-Supervisors Path and the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion &amp; Belonging (DEIB) homepage.&nbsp; Especially with the Info Center, our largest department, it feels like once they leave us, they'll be so focused and absorbed with the Info Center that they may neglect the career development opportunities they have. We always talk about growth opportunities within their role &amp; the company, why not also talk about opportunities for growth in their career/personal development? Maybe we can even have a guest speaker (cough cough Emmanuella) briefly join us and introduce her hard work! :)&nbsp;<br><br>-DJ</div>]]></description>

Take a day to sit in with an info agent, or a day to work in a branch to see how the day to day operations work with sitting with an MSR or a teller. Work in the mortgage department for a day and shadow an employee.          <title>Migration from Group Train to Sharepoint &amp; Teams Based Storage</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>VPN sometimes drops. Files sometimes need to be edited by multiple people simultaneously. Files sometimes lock and the only way to get those files unlocked ("This file is being edited by another user. Would you like to open a read-only version?") and the only way to unlock it is to call IS, put in a ticket and wait a few hours for them to kick you out of the file. I propose we keep Group Train as a backup but start a migration to sharepoint so these issues can be mitigated.&nbsp;Info did this and had great success. <br><br>- Gus</div>]]></description>
