Strength:

I believe the kids love me. Hence, the lesson delivery is easy.

Weakness:

There have been ups and downs

Strength- remaining teachable and open to changes

Weakness- tending to ignore students’ needs (sometimes) due to excessive workload.

My strength is i think class control. Not a tech savvy person so I think that's one of my weaknesses.

My strengths are it's being 13 years and I'm still teaching the SPM classes where no teachers wanted to take this challenge and I always attached with my students that makes the students respected me and will do anything I asked them to.

My weakness, it's has been 13 years of teaching SPM and I'm tired.

Sometimes I do feel like I don’t have enough time with my students… focusing too much on documentation, school programs and etc where these things take me farther away from real teaching…

I can adapt immediately if the lesson didn’t go as I planned.

Been teaching for 30 over years. One common thing I noticed is that most of the pupils are dependent on the teachers. I always call out pupils to present in front of their classmates to avoid those who are not focusing in class. That makes the teaching in class smooth. I'm strict when it comes to class control. My weakness is I'm not tech savvy. Basically time constraint is part of the problems that I face due to too much of paperwork and programmes in school.

I love teaching my pupils...but burdened with a lot of other work in school. Time has to be cut short in planning fun learning especially for the slow learners who need to engaged in meaningful learning activities. If only more time is allocated for English teaching...it will be great!!!

Strength- I love English. I like doing many fun activities with my kids.

Strength

Parents of my students frequently tell me that their kids feel loved and cared for in my classroom.

I'm proud that my class has consistently outperformed both the school and state averages in standardised testing, and I firmly believe in achieving results.

Weakness

I've always carefully and well in advance planned every lesson I've taught. My students are aware of the specific dates of their quizzes, assessments, and homework. On the other hand, I used to struggle to handle unforeseen circumstances like many school event days, and other things that interfered with class time.

I've been teaching for 25 years and I really enjoy my teaching career despite having to face lots of different challenges. One of my personal strength is definitely my loud teaching voice which can be heard if you are on the ground floor and I am teaching on the top floor of the building. I am able to make the pupils move around and participate actively during the delivery of my lessons

I always try to be on track based on how teaching practices should be done but it depends on the situation mainly the students' level. The most important thing my satisfaction if students understand the learning.

I am being teaching formally since 2002. The system has been change recently from non literature to have literature in the syllabus and back to square one.

I don't like the CEFR text book it's not resemble our culture. Though we bring the students to feel the international experience but we should put our "Malaysia" feeling into our students heart. Let them explore their own culture then be proud of it.

The writing of RPH now days quite taxing from previously. Make it easy for teacher than make them miserable with lots of items to put in the paper.

I love my students that is sure and I let them love the subject
