Our meetings have been productive as we are able to engage with the students in our group and tell them what to expect on the trip. We were able to introduce ourselves as well as the purpose of this trip to the rest of the group. We have had many interesting ideas on how to raise money for our group. The students lacked engagement, and commitment. The staff leaders are not very helpful with arranging the meetings. We lack a goal for the meetings.
