Stage Pre-Linguist
In this first stage the baby must develop the organs with that it will produce linguistic declarations and learn to govern the devices of phonation and audition.
When the child expresses its first sounds it creates the reaction of the adult and, consequently, the child will begin expressing sounds deliberately to attract the attention of the adult.
-Pre Babbling (0-2 months). In the first month it gives off reflexive vocalizations and in the second month the gurgles begin, and the exercise of the articulation and hearing begins.
-Babbling. Vocal play (3-6 months). He begins to emit a clear and deliberate babbling. Identifies external sounds and tries to produce an equal sound. At this stage the cries of joy or anger are characterized.
-Reducing babbling. Imitation of sounds (6-10 months). It increases the reproduction of phonic sounds, the emission of syllables (mamama, papapa) and the imitation of those sounds. In the driving area, the child is able to move and pick up objects by themselves, explore them and exchange them with adults.
