Among the components that must be included in chapter 3 are research design, sampling frame, population, sampling technique, sample size, plan for data collection and several more. Other than that sir also explained to us what is the different of population and sample size which population is the total number of staff from all department while sample size is the exact number of researchers target respondent for questionnaires.

For sample size we can refer to to table kerjie morgan . To write instrument design in ppta 1 , sir ask us to use the present tense and in ppta 2 it will be write in past tense . Plan of data collection  how we want to collect our data whether by hand or through online . Before we come out with the questionnaire we have to do pilot test which is give to 20-30 respondent to know either their understand our questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire
