She often helps her peers during group work and is a good problem solver. She is confident with the concepts in Mathematics and is able to compute accurately most of the time. In English she displays a flair for writing, as her written work contains good vocabulary and is interesting to read. Her written work is neat and well presented and has been used as exemplary work for her peers to learn from. She is an inquirer and takes initiative to do extensive research independently. His ability to comprehend, infer and create shows a high level thinking skill. He is able to express himself through different medium eg. writing, technology, speaking at any given point in time.
Although he has better understanding on numbers now. He needs to work harder on the interpretation skill.
Chip is a great team player. Most of the time he takes initiative to resolve conflict in class. I would appraise if he works harder on time management skill as most of the time he fails to complete his work on time.
Chip’s overall performance indicates that he is in the achieving strand in most of the focus areas.

She always thinks critically to solve the complex problems in multiple steps. She is having good leadership skills which always offer her the ideas to share with her peers. She gathers information confidently and expresses ideas all the time. 
Mihika listens attentively and comprehends well in all the situations whether its listening, viewing, or writing. She is a keen observer in using technology. She uses technology effectively to research for her work with little assistance. 
She is able to read fluently in her guided reading class with expressions.

She is able to sound out letters and can write words but needs more practice with sight words and common spelling. She has started framing sentences and can write quite a few sentences but needs to work on making them grammatically correct. Bubu made good progress with her reading classes during the guided reading time and she now reads level four. She must read over the Christmas break to continue to improve. In maths, she shows good understanding in most of the concepts taught this term but she should keep practicing addition and subtraction to get a strong hold. He shows an enthusiastic attitude towards learning new content in all main subjects. He comes to class well prepared, handing in homework assignments on time and done in a neat and organised manner. His positive interactions with peers and teachers serve as a model for good communication skills for his classmates. During our inquiry units dragon was particularly interested in finding out more about how we maintain a healthy lifestyle and shared self-initiated actions with his peers during circle time. An area of improvement for dragon are his computational skills. Even though he can carry out operations using higher numbers in both number systems additional practice is required to consolidate his number reading and writing when trying to solve problem stories related to real life situations.

Alex has adjusted very well in this grade level. He has been a keen learner who enjoyed inquiry related to body systems. 
In English he is good with usage of varied vocabulary during his writing in the sessions related to narrative writing. He can work on improving his punctuation as he often tends to forget the usage of it in an apt way in his writing. 
Alex has shown keen interest in learning about new mathematical concepts that have been coved this term. He his good with interpreting data. He has shown good understanding of the concepts related to number system during his assessments

However, she should try and use good vocabulary to enrich her writing. She can also work on increasing the length of her write-ups to make them more worthy to read. She tends to lose focus and regularly needs to be cued back to tasks and objectives. She needs to work on developing her self-management skills by being more organized with her belongings. In Math, Ponkey has a clear understanding of place value of 5 digit numbers and addition with regrouping. In Mathematics he learnt numbers untill 200 and confident about identifying and splitting numbers. His calculating skills are quite commendable but exhibits substantial understanding of odd and even.
