The Congress (House of Representatives and Senate) are given all legislative power.

The House of Representatives are chosen every other year by the People. They must be over the age of 25, and must have been a citizen for at least 7 years. They can't live in the state that they are chosen in.

Article II.

The president is given the executive power.

The president has a 4 year term together with a vice president of choice. Each state appoints electors equal to the amount of members they have in Congress, however, no member of Congress can be an elector.

Article III.

The Supreme Court is given all judicial power, as well as inferior courts that Congress may ordain and establish.

The judges hold their offices with responsibility and good behaviour, which should not fade during their service. Judicial power extends to all cases of all types.

Article IV.

Each state should believe everything other states say, and every person gets the same rights in every state, no matter which state they come from. If a person who ran from the law in one state that is found in another state should be delivered back to the state where the crime was caused.

Article V.

The Congress needs 2/3 of both House and Senate to make amendments to the Constitution. They can also call a meeting to propose new amendments, which would then be marked as a valid piece of the Constitution. Any law made before 1808 does not affect the Constitution, and is thus voided.

Article VI.

All deals and debts with others made before the Constitution were considered void. Any decisions and treaties must be made under the authority of the United States, and all Senators, Representatives, and any other members of state legislature are to be bound by oath to support and follow the Constitution.

Article VII.

Nine states must vote yes for a decision to be finalised. The words of the Constitution are written in a specific way to convey a specific feeling as well. The Constitution was signed in 1787.
