People that are polluting are causing global warming and that is making the weather patterns change.

Firstly, if we want to save the planet and stop global warming, it seems to me that we need to stop burning fossil fuels like coal and gas to power our cars because we release CO² (pollution) into the atmosphere. Of course some people argue that pollution is the principal cause of global warming. We always throw garbage in the streets and in public places and that's what makes global warming worse. If we don't change our habits, disasters like I mentionned are going to happen and that's what the movie is about.

On the other hand, the movie we saw was great for some reasons that I am going to explain but there are things I did not like.

First of all, I would argue that the Captain Marvel's movie was great because the special effects were breathtaking, surprising and looked very realistic like when Captain marvel stopped the last attack of the aliens trying to destroy Earth. Also, the plot was very original because it is very unusual to have a female actress playing as the main character in the movie but I think she did a really good job. Captain Marvel and the other major characters survived and won against their ennemies so that's a great ending. Similarly, I am convinced that the actors made a really good job so we could be fascinated by the film and to help us understand the movie like when we saw that she discovered that she was from Earth.

We had the chance to improve our cooking skills. In teams of three and four, we cooked three meals like a soup, a quiche and a lava cake with the wonderful help of the chief Heinrich Meesen.

First of all, I would argue that it was a new way to learn how to cook because we were in a different environment. Normally you are just cooking with your parents or alone so you can do what you want, but with the class, we had to learn to communicate between us and to seperate the tasks. Personally, I think that these activities helped me get a better communication between me and me colleagues. But what if you had no electronic devices. Personally, I think that would be kind of difficult for some people. I would argue that it was kind of easy because of the atmosphere of the restaurant and because I was really into the outing.

First of all, according to the restaurant we went to, (Beffroi) it wasn't difficult in my opinion because the atmosphere was really nice, we had great waiters and everybody was sociable so it was never boring or awkward, I believe that everyone had fun I think. I know what you are thinking right now: "Why did you read a novel about the way of picking up girls?". But this is not what you think it is. I would argue that I read this book because I needed to choose a novel for my English class assignments. I chose this book because I read the summary of the novel on Internet and it seems to me that this book is really interesting. Let me explain.

In my point of view, The Art Of Picking Up Girls is an original book because the plot is not boring and is not a basic novel as you think. The story is about a teenager that moves to an other city. He meets a guy that teaches him tricks to pick up girls and one day, he meets "The One". After reading this novel,  I think that   i made a good choice of book because my book included well-described characters, a original climax and a great ending to conclude the book.
