         <description><![CDATA[<p>Establish a Community Advisory Board (CAB) that includes parents, educators, healthcare providers, public health officials, and local youth advocates. The board will co-develop and co-implement the initiative, ensuring all stakeholders have a voice in decision-making. This creates an inclusive decision-making process where parents and school representatives have equal input in designing school meal improvements and physical activity programs. </p><p>They can also conduct participatory research where community members help collect data, analyze results, and present findings to policymakers.</p><p>This approach promotes trust, reduces power imbalances, and ensures the program is culturally relevant, community-driven, and sustainable.</p>]]></description>

Partner with schools, local businesses, policymakers, and healthcare providers to implement multi-level interventions.</p><p>At the individual level, educate children on healthy eating habits and portion control.</p><p>At the family level:  provide meal planning and budgeting workshops for parents.</p><p>At the school level: advocate for healthier school meals, increased physical activity, and active playtime.</p><p>At the community level: work with local grocery stores to offer discounts on fresh produce and improve neighborhood walkability.</p><p>At the policy level: collaborate with local government to implement school wellness policies and healthier food marketing regulations.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
