Participants will learn group member's names and begin to interact with each other by passing the beach ball around and answering questions. Group expectations will be established to have a basic understanding of how members would like to be treated in the group.  Students will decide on the group rules and signed the contract.  If the rules are broken members will be asked to leave the group.  The group will participate in what are the group goal along with personal goals.<br><br>Salomone, K. This article will be helpful to our group when designing activities for our students to increase their self-concept and increase the ability to learn at a higher academic level.  There are practical tips for student mentoring that will be useful as well.</div>]]></description>
