         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>The characteristic demonstrations of the addiction and the dependence by the mobile phone are its ceaseless use, in the street, at the storekeepers, in transport, during the shopping and sometimes even at a doctor. To look at his mobile phone non-stop represents a major swan of the dependence. The appearance of an anxiety when an anomaly or a bug arises, when we do not find any more the telephone or when it is impossible to reload it, also testifies of this addiction. The dependent people need to have their telephone near one permanently, in the hands and close of them bed. The object becomes an extension of their own body and represent a real "security blanket" reassuring them. This addiction can lead to a withdrawal, even for certain people.<br><br></div><div>5,1 billion people in the world, or about 75 % of the inhabitants possess at least a mobile phone. The mobile phone serves to phone well on but also to send SMS and especially to connect on the Internet and the social networks so creating situations of addiction which affect every year more people and which are more and more crippling. In 2012, a British study specified that 66 % of the users of smartphones risked to suffer if they had to take place of their smarphone.<br><br></div><div>It became an addiction because the mobile phone became as a tiny computer. Now, quite our life is held there: our schedule, our conversation, our private life and quite our contact. More need for small pad, the done mobile phone.<br><br></div><div>To get rid of this obsession of the smartphone:<br>-          Position the icons of the applications on the second or third screen parametrize the notifications so that they are not visible any more, even to deactivate those not essential sets, social networks </div><div>-          To put Switch off the device especially harms it to keep him remote</div><div>-          some mobile phone suggest a mode "not disturbing ", actionable manually or automatically on certain time slots. So much use it …</div><div>-          When circumstances allow it, to filter the calls and the SMS by restricting them to his close circle.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The dependence of&nbsp; video games indicates a possible psychological disorder characterizing an irresistible and obsessional need to play video games.</div><div>&nbsp;The games the most noted for their "addicting potential" are on-line multiplayer role-playing games, where the player evolves in a persistent world, such as World of Warcraft, Dark Age of street vendor, EverQuest, and Runes of Magic.</div><div>&nbsp;Statistics :&nbsp;</div><div>-More 30 hours per week&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;The symptoms of video game addiction:</div><div>&nbsp;-An increase in time spent playing video games and especially time taken to the detriment of other activities necessary for a balance as for example:&nbsp;</div><div>0the social, friendly and family relationships&nbsp;</div><div>-An incapacity to balance time and to reduce its time of game &nbsp;</div><div>-Repercussions on school or professional work &nbsp;</div><div>-Repercussions on food balance or sleep &nbsp;</div><div>-Suffering attached to the use of video games: sadness, anxiety, aggressiveness, and increased sickness.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Alcohol takes over and the person becomes addicted. First of all, they get used to alcohol and develop a tolerance. This means that  they have to drink larger amounts of alcohol to feel the effects they are looking for. Then it comes a time when they no longer drink for pleasure but because it becomes a necessity. They tend to avoid the lack of control, which is manifested in particular by sweats, tremors and dizziness.<br></strong><br></div>]]></description>

It is also known that there are people who watch TV eight hours a day.<br> </div><div><mark>How they become addicts</mark><br> In 1997, 700 Japanese children were admitted to a hospital to be treated for epileptic symptoms. Later the specialists discovered that these symptoms were caused by a television program which was forbidden.<br><br><mark>Effects product</mark></div><div>The abuse of television harms seriously in the brain. According to the results of a recent study, to cross too much time in front of its television set during your youth can allocate your brain to the adulthood.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
