In Article 1:

Section 2.

"which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxes, three fifths of all other Persons." This was removed due to the Thirteenth Amendment aboloshing slavery.

Section 3.

"chosen by the Legislature thereof" until 1913 when the Seventeenth Amendment was ratified. Now they're elected by the people.

"and if Vacancies happen by Resignation, or otherwise, during the Recess of the Legislature of any State, the Executive thereof may take temporary Appointments until the next Meeting of the Legislature, which shall then fill such Vacancies." Changed due to the Seventheenth Amendment for the election by the people.

Section 9.

Clause 1 was removed due to the permission for Congress to outlaw the slave trade.

Clause 4 was voided due to the Sixteenth Amendment permitting Congress to tax individual income.
